28+ years of Public Safety experience with 24+ years in law enforcement. Todd served as a 911 telecommunicator and as a Firefighter before serving his adult life in law enforcement. Todd served as a Patrolman, Vice/Narcotics Detective, Special Victims Unit Detective, Patrol Sergeant, Special Investigations Unit Sergeant, Patrol Commander, Special Operations Unit Commander, Operations Bureau Major, and Patrol Bureau Major. Todd investigated hundreds of felony cases to include murder, arson, robbery, Narcotics and weapons offenses. Todd conducted over 100 internal affairs Investigations, finding facts to either substantiate or not sustain citizen and internal complaints. Todd is a graduate of the FBI-LEEDA leadership program, held a Advanced Law Enforcement certificate, and is a North Carolina General Law Enforcement instructor. Todd now intends to use his extensive training, experience, and education to provide services to the private sector.
